In this core and hip-opening, yoga practice helps us ground down into setting healthy boundaries for the holiday season. Knowing we are worthy of happiness, we are worthy of saying ”yes”, or ”no”; we are worthy of being authentic with ourselves and others. This class focuses on squats, as well as plank postures, along with saying affirmations to help hone into the theme of the class.
